Cannot thank both Laura and Linda enough for their support and patience with me from start to finish. I first contacted Laura 2 years ago when I was thinking about moving but with the market going crazy didn’t have much luck in my house buying! Laura kept in regular touch with me and came up with a draft plan with me, meaning when a house came up we were organised. Fast forward two years, my ideal home finally came on the market and an offer was finally accepted.
The girls at welcome homes were straight on the ball, doing everything they could to assist me in getting the house I had dreamed of whilst dealing with my sale. The process of me buying elsewhere was not one bit easy with the interest rates rising & market slowing down. But the girls at welcome homes re assured me and supported me through it, giving me regular advice.
When I had viewers and offers on my property they were straight on the phone to me, keeping in regular contact, replying promptly and there was no question I asked that they found silly. I had a tight timescale of needing to move before Xmas and these ladies helped make it happen!!!! I couldn’t believe how fast it all went.
They are so approachable and friendly, we always had a good laugh even when things got stressful. They 100% made my experience 10x better, I couldn’t have done it without them. When she found out I had issues with my new boiler she even visited me to try and help me out! (Baring in mind my purchase wasn’t even through them). Even though the sale is now completed laura keeps in regular contact with me making sure everything is ok. I’m confident I can go to her/them for advice and support on anything. Money well spent on the best business
