Can’t recommend welcome homes enough! I approached laura months ago just for a chat about selling my property, there was no hard sell, just good advice and genuine excitement in wanting to take my property on. Months later when I put in an offer I again turned to Laura for advice, she was at my home that night, out of hours may I add, and helped me decide how much of an offer to put in and gave me an estimate on how much my property would sell for.

When I finally got an offer accepted, laura and her team moved fast to get my property on the market. Within days I had my Home report done, I was working so the team took all this on for me. The marketing of my house, the pictures and the TikTok video was amazing, it got over 2000 views!! I was kept up to date daily with viewings and feedback, they really went above and beyond.

I sold my property in 7 days at an amazing price and I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have achieved such a great result if it hadn’t been for welcome homes!

Word of advice, when calling to view properties do not let the sellers estate agent talk you into going with them under the false pretence that it will make the sell easier, this is just not true. Welcome homes will have your back and be with you all the way. If you are looking for a company with an excellent local reputation, a company that everyone trusts and a team that will go above and beyond and be there for all your wobbles then go with welcome homes! Extra thanks to Linda who managed all my viewings, there was a lot lol!

Cannot thank both Laura and Linda enough for their support and patience with me from start to finish. I first contacted Laura 2 years ago when I was thinking about moving but with the market going crazy didn’t have much luck in my house buying! Laura kept in regular touch with me and came up with a draft plan with me, meaning when a house came up we were organised. Fast forward two years, my ideal home finally came on the market and an offer was finally accepted.

The girls at welcome homes were straight on the ball, doing everything they could to assist me in getting the house I had dreamed of whilst dealing with my sale. The process of me buying elsewhere was not one bit easy with the interest rates rising & market slowing down. But the girls at welcome homes re assured me and supported me through it, giving me regular advice.

When I had viewers and offers on my property they were straight on the phone to me, keeping in regular contact, replying promptly and there was no question I asked that they found silly. I had a tight timescale of needing to move before Xmas and these ladies helped make it happen!!!! I couldn’t believe how fast it all went.

They are so approachable and friendly, we always had a good laugh even when things got stressful. They 100% made my experience 10x better, I couldn’t have done it without them. When she found out I had issues with my new boiler she even visited me to try and help me out! (Baring in mind my purchase wasn’t even through them). Even though the sale is now completed laura keeps in regular contact with me making sure everything is ok. I’m confident I can go to her/them for advice and support on anything. Would highly recommend Welcome homes if you’re going to sell your home. Laura was highly profesional from the initial call and the girls in the office kept you updated with viewings etc and were great with any questions I had after the house went live. One major selling point for Welcome homes is they only send viewers who have mortgages in place or sold their previous home which cuts out the time wasters. My house went live on the Friday and was sold by the following Wednesday and I believe it was the caliber of viewers they were sending that sold the property quickly. Will use Welcome homes in the future without a doubt
