Would highly recommend Welcome homes if you’re going to sell your home. Laura was highly profesional from the initial call and the girls in the office kept you updated with viewings etc and were great with any questions I had after the house went live. One major selling point for Welcome homes is they only send viewers who have mortgages in place or sold their previous home which cuts out the time wasters. My house went live on the Friday and was sold by the following Wednesday and I believe it was the caliber of viewers they were sending that sold the property quickly. Will use Welcome homes in the future without a doubt
